Payment methods are those available through BASE at checkout. Depending on the shop settings, available methods may include credit card, convenience store (Pay-easy), bank transfer, Pay ID postpaid, carrier billing, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and PayPay.
Workshop payment methods are as stated on each application page. Depending on the session, cash payment on the day may also be accepted.

在庫のある商品は、特段の記載がない限り、ご入金確認後3〜7営業日以内を目安に発送いたします。受注制作・予約品・一点もの等で発送時期が異なる場合は、各商品ページに記載します。
ワークショップ等の提供時期は、各商品ページまたは申込ページに記載された開催日・時間によります。
For in-stock items, unless otherwise stated, we generally ship within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. If made-to-order, reserved, or one-of-a-kind works require a different schedule, it will be stated on each product page.
Workshops and related services are provided on the date and time stated on each product page or application page.
お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルは、原則としてお受けしておりません。商品に破損・不良・誤配送があった場合は、到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。状況を確認のうえ、返品・交換または返金にて対応いたします。返送料は、商品に破損・不良・誤配送があった場合は当方が負担し、お客様都合による返送が発生する場合はお客様負担となります。
ワークショップのキャンセルについては、7日前まで無料、6日前〜3日前は参加費の50％、2日前〜当日および無断キャンセルは参加費の100％を申し受けます。開催前までにご連絡があり、かつ空きがある場合に限り、1回まで別日程への変更を承ります。代理参加をご希望の場合は、開催前までに代理参加者のお名前をご連絡ください。主催都合、災害、悪天候等により中止する場合は、全額返金または振替日程をご案内します。
As a general rule, returns, exchanges, and cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After confirmation, we will respond by return, exchange, or refund as appropriate. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs will be borne by us. If return shipping is required for customer reasons, the customer bears the cost.
For workshop cancellations, there is no charge up to 7 days before the workshop, 50% of the participation fee from 6 to 3 days before, and 100% from 2 days before to the same day, as well as for no-shows. One reschedule may be accepted if we are contacted before the workshop and an open seat is available. For substitute participants, please inform us of the substitute participant’s name before the workshop. If a workshop must be cancelled due to organizer circumstances, disaster, or severe weather, we will offer either a full refund or an alternative date.
