天蚕糸、手紡ぎの絹真綿糸、ぜんまいの綿毛を含む糸を織り込んだ、からみ織りのテキスタイルです。

経糸には、多彩な色の絹糸を用い、緯糸には、無染色の手紡ぎ絹真綿糸、ぜんまいの繊維、そして天蚕糸を織り込みました。

天蚕糸の自然な光沢、絹真綿糸のやわらかなふくらみ、ぜんまい繊維の野趣ある表情。
異なる素材が重なり合い、自然の気配を含んだ一枚に仕上がっています。

透け感のあるからみ織りの布は、光を受けることで色や質感がやわらかく移ろいます。
ストールとして身にまとうほか、空間に掛けてタペストリーのようにお楽しみいただくこともできます。

A leno weave textile made with Tensan wild silk, hand-spun mawata silk yarn, and fern fiber.

The warp is woven with silk yarns in many colors.
The weft combines undyed hand-spun mawata silk yarn, fern fiber, and Tensan wild silk.

The natural luster of Tensan silk, the gentle fullness of hand-spun mawata silk, and the quiet wildness of fern fiber come together in this textile.
Each material adds its own character, creating a piece that carries the presence of nature.

The airy structure of leno weaving allows light to pass through the cloth, softly changing the appearance of color and texture.
