漆黒の海に、夕陽が沈みゆく一瞬。
深紅は、その日最後の情熱。
漆黒は、揺るがない深さと静けさ。

相反するようでいて響き合う二つの色を、絹正糸、絹強撚糸、手紡ぎの絹真綿糸を重ねながら、一枚の布に織り込みました。

黒、グレー、深紅の糸は少量ずつ染め、その重なりを見ながら緯糸を選び、入れ替えながら織り進めています。

からみ織りならではの透け感と、絹真綿糸のやわらかなふくらみ。
首に巻いたときには陰影が重なり、肩に掛けたときには深紅と漆黒の表情が静かに広がります。

Signatureシリーズは、同じ思想や色の主題をもとに制作するシリーズです。
ただし、糸の組み合わせ、染めの重なり、織りのリズムは一点ごとに異なるため、同じテーマであっても、まったく同じ表情は生まれません。

春秋を中心に、季節の変わり目に心地よくお使いいただけます。
夏の冷房よけや、寒い季節の軽い保温としてもお使いいただける一枚です。

A silk leno weave stole in deep crimson and jet black.

A fleeting moment as the setting sun sinks into a jet-black sea.
Crimson holds the day’s final passion.
Jet black carries an unwavering depth and stillness.

These two colors, different yet resonant, are woven together with silk yarn, high-twist silk, and hand-spun mawata silk yarn.

Black, gray, and crimson yarns are dyed in small batches.
As the colors begin to overlap in the weave, the weft yarns are selected and changed by hand, allowing depth and shadow to emerge within the textile.

The stole has the airy transparency of leno weaving, together with the gentle fullness of hand-spun mawata silk yarn.
When wrapped around the neck, layered shadows become visible. When draped over the shoulders, the crimson and jet black open softly with the light.

The Signature Series is created around a shared theme of color and sensibility.
Yet each piece takes on its own expression through the combination of yarns, layered dye tones, and the rhythm of weaving. Even within the same theme, no two pieces are ever identical.

Especially suited to spring and autumn, this stole is comfortable during seasonal transitions.
It may also be used as a light summer layer against air conditioning, or as gentle warmth around the neck in colder seasons.
