青と黒が、夜明け前の光のように重なり合う、絹のからみ織りストールです。

まだ夜の黒さが残る空に、少しずつ青がひらき始める時間。
《蒼影》は、山の朝に聞こえるヒグラシの声と、夜と朝のあわいにある静かな気配から生まれました。

深い黒は、夜の余韻。
鮮やかな青は、光が差し始める前の気配。
強く明るい青ではなく、まだ暗さを抱えたままの青を、絹の糸の重なりで表しています。

絹正糸、絹強撚糸、太さの異なる絹真綿糸を用い、からみ織りで軽やかに織り上げました。
張りのある糸と、やわらかなふくらみを持つ糸が交わることで、透け感がありながらも、奥に静かな密度を感じる布になっています。

黒の線が布の中をゆるやかに走り、そのあいだに青がひらいていく。
光を受けると透けが生まれ、巻いたときには陰影が重なり、肩に掛けたときには青と黒の表情が静かに広がります。

Signatureシリーズは、同じテーマや色の主題をもとに制作するシリーズです。
ただし、糸の組み合わせ、染めの重なり、織りのリズムは一点ごとに異なるため、同じテーマであっても、まったく同じ表情は生まれません。

春秋を中心に、季節の変わり目に心地よくお使いいただけます。
夏の冷房よけや、寒い季節の軽い保温としてもお使いいただける一枚です。

English Description

A silk leno weave stole in deep blue and black, like the quiet light before dawn.

There is a moment in the mountains when the night has not yet ended, but blue begins to open quietly within the darkness.
“Ao-kage / Blue Shadow” was born from that threshold between night and morning, and from the memory of the higurashi cicadas heard in the early summer dawn.

Deep black carries the afterglow of night.
Vivid blue suggests the first sign of light before the day begins.
Rather than a bright, clear blue, this piece holds a blue that still carries the depth of darkness.

Silk yarn, high-twist silk, and silk mawata yarns of varying thickness are woven together in leno weave.
The meeting of firm yarns and softer, fuller yarns creates a textile that is light and translucent, yet holds a quiet density within.

Black lines move gently through the cloth, while blue opens between them.
When the textile catches the light, transparency appears. When wrapped around the neck, layers of shadow emerge. When draped over the shoulders, the blue and black unfold softly with the light.

The Signature Series is created around a shared theme of color and sensibility.
Yet each piece takes on its own expression through the combination of yarns, layered dye tones, and the rhythm of weaving. Even within the same theme, no two pieces are ever identical.

Especially suited to spring and autumn, this stole is comfortable during seasonal transitions.
It may also be used as a light summer layer against air conditioning, or as gentle warmth around the neck in colder seasons.
